DAY 01. TUXTLA GUTIERREZ- CAÑON DEL SUMIDERO -SAN CRISTOBAL DE LAS CASAS.
Arrival before 13:00 hrs. Reception at the airport and transportation to travel across the imposing “Canon del Sumidero” by boat.  This natural wonder is more than one thousand meters tall at its highest peak and is populated by a dense variety of animals and plants, including crocodiles, monkey and birds. Afterwards, we will make our way to San Cristobal de las Casas, declared Cultural Heritage of Humanity and established in the year 1524 by Diego de Mazariegos. Accommodation.

DAY 02. LAGOS DE MONTEBELLO (LAKES OF MONTEBELLO).

Departure. Visit to the New Ranch (Rancho Nuevo) caves and then we will head towards Amatenango del Valle, which is a community dedicated to working with clay and creating beautiful artwork.  Later on, we will go to Tenam Puente, an archaeological site from the Mayan post-classical period. We will end our day by traveling the Lakes of Montebello (Lagos de Montebello), visiting between 6 and 9 lakes. Accommodation.

DAY 03. SAN CRISTOBAL DE LAS CASAS – INDIGENOUS COMMUNITIES - TUXTLA.

We will visit the typical indigenous communities of San Juan Chamula and Zinacantan which keep alive their traditions, religious beliefs and social organizational structure.  The church, the houses and their clothing is very picturesque and appealing. In Zinacantan, we will visit the house of a family to observe how they use their waist looms in order to fabricate beautiful handmade textiles. Transportation to the Tuxtla Gutiérrez airport. End of our services.  IMPORTANT NOTICE: Flights leave TGZ after 17:00 hrs.

DAY 01. CITY OF ORIGIN/MERIDA
Reception at the airport, and transportation to the hotel of choicel. Free time to start getting to know beautiful “White Merida”, a relaxing stroll through its historical downtown can be compared to a colorful trip through the local customs, kind manners and rich historical of his beautiful city
DAY 02. MERIDA (Uxmal Light and Sound show)
Breakfast
. Free morning. At noon, we will head towards the UXMAL archaeological zone to visit the Fortune-Teller´s Pyramid (la Pirámide del Adivino), the Nuns´ Quadrangle (el Cuadrangulo de las Monjas), the Ball Game (el Juego de Pelota), etc. Dinner. Later, we will attend the spectacular LIGHTS AND SOUND SHOW. Return to Mérida. Lodging and Accommodation.

DAY 03. MERIDA (Chichen Itza and Izamal)
Breakfast. The morning will be dedicated to visiting the Chichen Itza archaeological site: the snail, the church, the castle, the Temple of the Warriors (el Templo de los Guerreros), the Thousand Column Group (el Grupo de las Mil Columnas), the Ball Game (el Juego de Pelota), the Sacred Well (el Cenote Sagrado)…Free time. Lunch. Departure towards Izamal: magical town in which the most important sites are Kinich Kakmoo or Great Pyramid, from before the Spanish conquest; the temple of “the Purest Conception” (“la Purisima Concepción”) and the Convent of San Antonio de Padua, with its monumental and extraordinary atrium.  During your free time, we suggest you take a ride in a buggy. Return to Mérida.  Free time. Accommodation.

Day 4. MERIDA (Convent Route)
Breakfast
. Today, we will travel to the heart of Yucatán: its people, its towns, its temples…are all “winking” at us, enticing us to visit… We will visit such interesting places like ACANCEH, where the past and the present amiably withstand the passing of time; TECOH, with its impressive temple dedicated to the Assumption (Asuncion); TELCHAQUILLO, which offers us the austerity of its temple and the coolness of its Well (Cenote); TEKIT, with its San Antonio de Padua temple; MAMA, CHUMAYEL, TEABO (embroidered huipiles) and, finally MANI: the most interesting and fulfilling site of the so-called Convent Route. Lunch is included. Return to Merida, free time. Accommodation.

Day 5. MERIDA / CITY OF ORIGIN
Breakfast. Transportation to the airport at a convenient hour.
