Congress registration fees

PIARC members before 1st July, 2011:
$850.00 USD
PIARC members after 1st July, 2011:
$1,000.00 USD
Non members before 1st July, 2011:
$1,050.00 USD
Non members after 1st July, 2011:
$1,200.00 USD
Accompanying persons before 1st July, 2011:
$400.00 USD
Accompanying persons after 1st July, 2011:
$450.00 USD
PIARC members of low and lower middle income countries (*)
$500.00 USD
Non members of low and lower middle income countries (*)
$570.00 USD
One day fee: $250.00 USD
(*) Low income and middle income countries at the bottom,
as classified by the World Bank report published in 2010

Visa



Citizens from the following countries do not need a visa to enter Mexico:

If you are a national from Germany, Andorra, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bahamas, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Cyprus, South Korea, Costa Rica, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United States of America, Estonia, Finland, France, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Hong Kong, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Norway, New Zealand, Netherlands, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Rumania, San Marine. You can enter Mexico without a Visa, just presenting your passport and filling out a tourist migratory form, Transmigrate, Visiting for Business or “Visiting Counselor†which you can obtain from your travel agency, airline or from the point of entry to Mexico.

Nevertheless, citizens of these countries must present a valid passport and fill out an immigration form which can be obtained from travel agencies, airlines or at the point of entry into Mexico.

This option also applies for permanent legal residents of USA or Canada, regardless of their nationality.

Attendees from countries not included on the list given above must contact the nearest Mexican Embassy or Consulate to apply for a visa. (http://www.sre.gob.mx/english)

Pre-proceedings

The congress participants will receive in the congress center Banamex in Mexico-city, the CD-Rom of the pre-proceedings containing the texts of all the papers available before the congress.

Congress participants who have a validated registration (registration fee paid or exemption) can however access right now on-line to the content of the pre-proceedings.

The list of the persons who can access will be up-dated every week according to the status of the registration.

There you will find:
- The detailed program of the different sessions ;
- All the papers available when you log in;

You have to identify yourself as follows:
- Login : your E-mail address
- Password: the registration number to the congress which was given to you on the confirmation of your registration.
